Arriving in Karratha after becoming a fully qualified tradesperson through an extensive apprenticeship in Perth, John established JP's Trim Shop in 1987 as an upholstery business that paid special attention to the needs of its customers.

He and partner Sharon are now settled North West residents and have raised two beautiful daughters. The principle they've held to is that no one likes to deal with someone they don't trust, and trusting somebody is knowing that no matter what, if you're not satisfied, they'll do right by you.
